The rooms were decent sized and neat with a rear balcony, garden, for instance, just what was needed

The staff was really friendly and superfriendly and provided information on restaurants and bars around. It was in a good location with Baywalk Shopping Mall nearby.

The staff at this hotel is absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond to make sure you have a fantastic stay. The location is perfect, with all amenities, supermarkets, and the beach within walking distance. The breakfast is delicious and the overall food is very good. The shuttle service to the beach resort is reliable and the drivers are EXCELLENT. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The sunbeds at the Inn were extremely comfortable. Good to have an ice machine and a water cooler and a usb charging point in the room. Shuttle bus between hotels was convenient.

The hot breakfast items were not to European taste and even the eggs cooked on demand were usually hard. Some of the breakfast staff seemed overstretched and stressed. The hotel atmosphere was a bit dull, some music in the reception would be nice.

Location just next door to night life as well as the restaurant on Valentines Day. Attentive staff with good manners.

I recently stayed at Bay Gardens Inn for my honeymoon/anniversary trip, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is part of Bay Gardens Resort, which meant we had access to the other hotel's facilities and waterpark, which we had a great time at. The buffet breakfast in the neighbouring hotel next door was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We even received a free rum punch upon arrival and a surprise bottle of champagne to celebrate our special occasion. The location of the hotel was excellent, with bars, restaurants, and a bus stop right outside. We also took advantage of the free shuttle bus to the beach, but the walk was enjoyable too. our stay at Bay Gardens Inn was amazing, and we highly recommend it.

Quiet and delightful hotel in a good area just next door to Gros Islet as well as Close to beach. Ideal and tidy rooms with a rear balcony, garden, towel animals. Amazing service and a poolside restaurant onsite. Great location to a recreational beach. Great way to end our trip...

Beds were tired.

Informative staff, breakfasts were satisfactory.

The location was marvellous - very close to the market / grocery store, Splash Island Water Park and the bars and restaurants and bus stop right outside. It also was to gros-Islet or to the main town centre. Stayed in a spotless room that was kept clean.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The attention to detail and value for money were impressive. The location in the center of Rodney's Bay was perfect, with easy access to the main resort and beach. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms on the upper level were always kept clean, with very good air-conditioning and a comfortable bed. The breakfast options were also enjoyable.

No issues to report, everything was satisfactory.

Central Location, Friendly Staff, Good Breakfast, Beautiful Gardens, Free Shuttle.

Nothing that I didn't like.
